2. Product Description

Our Paint-it-Yourself packs contain a PDF file that includes a painting, sketches, line drawings, and a colour palette. The pack is provided as a digital download upon purchase.

3. Payment and Access

Payment is processed securely via our website.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive instant access to download your PDF.
An email will also be sent to you with a download link.
You can download the PDF a maximum of three (3) times.
Your access to the file will expire after 72 hours from the time of purchase.

4. Usage Rights

When you purchase a Paint-it-Yourself pack, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the PDF for your own painting.

You Can:

Use the PDF to create your own physical painting.
Sell or gift the physical painting you create.

You Cannot:

Sell, share, or distribute the PDF file in any form.
Sell prints or reproductions of the painting you create.
Use the image, sketches, or line drawings for commercial purposes such as book covers, advertising, or publication.
Grant usage rights to any third party for any purpose other than personal enjoyment.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork and content in the Paint-it-Yourself packs remain the intellectual property of ScotlandPaintings.com. By purchasing a pack, you do not acquire any copyright ownership of the original painting or digital content.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us for support.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our Paint-it-Yourself packs. Ensure you download and store your files securely within the provided access period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
